The recently introduced summary screen is a noteworthy addition to the control interface, providing a comprehensive,
view-only display. Its conception was a result of valuable feedback received from our customers, who expressed the desire
to have a screen presenting crucial parameters legibly from a distance.
In response, we incorporated a large-font format for key parameters, including:
Deposition Rate
Accumulated Thickness
Coating Source Power
Substrate Temperature
Ion Source Anode Current
Ion Source Anode Voltage
Meissner Temperature
This optional screen can be selected by the commissioning engineer and, if chosen, seamlessly integrates between the overview
screen and the process screen. This thoughtful design enhances visibility and accessibility, catering to user preferences and feedback.
