Wave Coating Systems Fully automated high vacuum process systems for production of the highest quality electronic and optical thin films. Operationally reliable: With the benefit of 20 years continual development, Wordentec systems address the need for the automated production of high quality thin films. Our third generation of the WAVE software environment ensures that process can be created, modified, and more importantly, completed automatically, without the need for operator intervention. Provide lasting Value: The universal nature of the chamber layout combined with the ability to program any number of layers and materials allow the system to be reconfigured for future requirements Economical: We use the latest power controllers so that with any choice of pumping system the energy use is kept to a minimum. Supportable: We support all of our systems worldwide. This can be achieved by remote access using applications like teamviewer or sending an engineer for a site visit. We are always happy to provide telephone support to all of our customers. Easy to maintain: The system is made from standard industry components that in most cases are commercially 'off the shelf' items. We only use parts that have proven to be reliable and easy to maintain so that we minimise machine downtime.
