Replace obsolete system controls with a modern, reliable, supportable system.
A contol system upgrade is a pre-wired, pre-configured control rack that is wheeled up next to an existing coating system. The rack contains
the computer controls and switchgear to transform an outdated, operator intensive system into a modern automated coating plant, with all the benefits of our feature packed WAVE coating control software
Most systems are suitable for this upgrade. We have carried out this upgrade to many Leybold, Denton, SVS, Satis and Balzers systems.
In most cases, Wordentec engineers can complete this transformation, on site, in as little as a week.
High Voltage Upgrade
Old, unsupportable high voltage power supplies fail, so, for some time now Wordentec have offered a range of upgrade paths for
evaporators including replacement guns and fully integrated pc based
control systems.
In some existing production applications it is not always acceptable to replace the
tried and tested electron beam guns when considerable effort will be required to optimise
the process with a change of geometry.
We can now offer a high voltage upgrade that enables the existing guns to be retained, maintaining the pre-upgrade chamber geometry
